Over the last month, Sean and I have been working away at putting together the film’s main trailer, following our teaser trailer, which was constructed using footage especially shot for the trailer back in 2009. Incorporating exisitng film stock footage and the new, it ran at just under two minutes and gave us an insight to where the film was heading.

What we are able to achieve now is a whole lot more, given we have a lot of footage open to us, we’ve been able to spend the time delivering a thematic introduction to each of the main characters whilst giving an indication of the story that will run through the film.

It now runs at 3 minutes and 29 seconds and has been edited and sent over to Ben to complete final foley and score and then we can release with final tweaks and add to the website.

One great additional piece that I think adds so much is the insert of several indents of text across the sweep of the cape telling the audience the motivational construct of the story.

Hope to have this up and running before the end of September.
